Roast Beef Dip Sandwhich

1 lb. Italian roast beef
2 medium onions chopped
3 cloves garlic 2 chopped 1 sliced in half
1/2 lb. provalone
chunk of parmasean
2 cups beef broth
1 tbls. tomato paste (yeah uh ketchup works too)
a few shots of worcestire sauce
salt & pepper
big old loaf of crusty bread
olive oil

Okay.....cook onions & chopped garlic in olive oil in large saucepan until soft...add beef broth, tomato paste, worcestire sauce, salt & pepper....bring to boil and simmer.....

Slice loaf in half and place on broiler pan.....toast under broiler....rub the bread with the sliced side of the garlic, drizzle with olive oil and grate the parmesean all over it....

Put the roast beef slices in the broth and warm them up....cover the loaf with provalone, put the warm roast beef on top and add more provalone and put back under the broiler...

Slice, dip in broth and eat!!!!!!!!!

WOW! I just finished eating this recipe. It was amazing! Easy, Easy to make, and sooo filling! I used individual crusty rolls and a little less onion. The sauce had a unique taste and the meat was divine soaked in it! Highly recommend!
