So I tried to make ketchup....

Okay, I wanted to make meatloaf....very American I know...but I hadn't any ketchup...so I scoured the cabinets and drawers for ketchup packets and nothing....so I looked for alternatives and was not satified with any of those either...I went online and found recipes for ketchup....but they involved real actual tomatoes and real actual time....then I found it....a recipe for ketchup from a can of tomato paste....add water, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and a long list of spices...I started with just the water and vinegar....bleck....added the spices....bleck...it just tasted like can......like metal.....so I went to my old friend Emeril and BAM!!!! no more can haha.....I mixed it up and put it in and on my meatloaf...and boo-yah dinner was served!

Team EEAT Bare it All Wednesday Questions

Krista asked :
Real name - Bonnie (I'm 29)
Married - Yes, to Bob. Started dating in March 1995 moved in together in August 1997 and married in April 2006
Kids - Sadie Jane will be 3 in November & Robert Hunter (The Beef) will be 2 in February

Angelica asked: What's your favorite color? - uhhhhhhhhh is Tye-Dye a color?

Christina asked: Who would you most want to sit next to on a long airplane ride? Okay this is a funny one....cause I've never been on an airplane!! So my favorite person to sit next to would be my husband because it would mean I was finally going on vacation.....or Martha Stewart cause I heard she brings fabulous toys with her on airplanes....facials and Kindle's and whatnot.

delectable asked : Can you share a family recipe..........not one you would use in your shop of course where you born and where do you live now?
I was born in Atlantic City, NJ....grew up in Pomona, NJ.....and now live in Mullica Twp....NJ LOL
Just a Jersey Girl.....minus the mall hair!

My recipe.....hmmmmm......I'm gonna post that at the top when I'm done......

maryann asked: what's your favorite thing to make when craving comfort food?
Uh you mean besides reservations? I make my Roast Beef Dip sandwich that I'm gonna post at the top....I highly recommend it for football games and rainy days! And eating on the floor infront of the TV after the kids have gone to bed!

earcmra - rachelle asked: What's your least favorite thing about your etsy business? Have you attended college/training for any other types of jobs?
hmmmm......That I always want more sales.....and figuring out shipping prices, like what combination of foods can I get in which size box....

I went to The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. I majored in Environmental Studies and Minored in Creative Writing. I atteneded from 1997 - 2002 and have nothing to show for it....to much "young life" not enough "focus".

I have worked as a preschool aid, Kindergarten teacher, liquer store clerk, buyer for a women's boutique, at a gourmet pet shop with bakery, a candy store, and my all time most interesting cold calls selling AT&T, Danon water, and office supplies door to door in NJ, PA & DE. And honestly I am sitting here now trying to think if I have worked anywhere else LOL....

Bethany asked: I know you have children, so what is the most difficult thing for you when it comes to running a business from home and being a mom.
Well, baking in the wee hours of the night and morning makes for a tired mom the next day for sure. And not having childcare to open up a B&M right now is frustrating.

erinachan asked: When you arw not baking, what is your favorite thing to do?
Oh so many things....playing with my kids, watching all my Martha saved on the DVR, playing records, I love doing laundry and when the kids are at Grandma's my husband and I go on adventures looking for new record shops.
